maybe that i moved to Montreal. i really needed a change of pace and a new routine. i was stuck in a cycle of getting dopamine hits from the wrong things. so now i moved somewhere that makes me a happy girl cuz im such a patisserie girl. and a vintage shopping girl. and a former party girl.
and the garment district out here has more selection to be inspired by and the whole sourcing irl is so important to me because touching fabric and going through trims is where the designing starts for me. basically it’s experiencing a raw world and turning that into a garment that has a purpose to exist in my closet. everything is intentional and everything has meaning. i am just a collection of all my experiences just like my clothes.
